How long does it take to process my order?
Please allow 1-2 working days for your order to be picked and packed ready for shipping!
We do try our best to get to your order together as soon as possible.

Shipping Times & Costs
We send all our parcels out via Australia Post or via Sendle. Average shipping times can vary depending on the season but generally all orders arrive to their locations within 3-8 days for domestic parcels, and longer for international. You may see a slight delay if you live in a remote or rural area. Once we have sent your parcel, you will receive a tracking number so you can track your headwear, wig or products, right to your door!

Shipping costs will vary depending on your location and are calculated at checkout.  This can depend on how many items you’re purchasing and where we are shipping to. On average, standard shipping is $9 and express shipping is $15. Once you have items in your cart, you can move through to the checkout process where you can enter your postcode for a final shipping price.
