Refund policy

Wigs & Headwear:

We are happy to exchange an item if it is returned within 14 days in original packaging with tags on and has been unworn.

We will refund within 7 days of purchase if the item is in perfect condition and has been unworn.

We are unable to refund or exchange any headwear or wigs that have been worn or removed from original packaging.

We understand each circumstance can differ so please call us to discuss your refund or exchange.

We will not refund or exchange any discounted items.

Hairpieces:

Please note that all hairpieces are shipped directly from our supplier. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items.
